Estimating costs and creating a schedule for major utility conversions

As part of an initiative to improve the efficiency of its energy production and distribution systems, Dartmouth College selected our team to oversee eight engineering firms during the design and engineering of a 119-building campus conversion utility project from steam to hot water.

Our program management effort involves scope definition, constructability, and cost estimating. We’re also developing a total project budget and master building conversion schedule.

When completed, this conversion will help Dartmouth College improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
