Improved diagnosis, treatment, and support for children and their families so they can receive state-of-the-art care and services

The Sainte-Justine Hospital Pediatric Rehabilitation Research Hub is a new 7,060 square metre research and innovation center, that brings together researchers, clinicians, children, and families.

Certified LEED v4 Silver, the three-storey building houses the departments of movement science, sports medicine, robotics, virtual reality, and cyber-mobility. The hub also includes laboratories, a bistro, loading bay, cafeteria, and green roof.

Our job was to provide comprehensive building engineering services―mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil―for this bold and innovative project. The project was carried out using an integrated design approach and BIM modelling, which ensured the quick delivery of an ultra-modern building benefitting many children and their families.
