Designing a collaborative environment that strengthens personal connections

When Dan Berger, CEO of Social Tables, aimed to build “the coolest place to work” in Washington, D.C., we knew we wanted to help. Revolutionizing workspaces is our passion, but this project felt special. The plans were ambitious and the schedule was fast-paced—even finding a location to meet our client’s unique needs was a challenge.

After consulting company leadership to define the territory, layout, and culture of the new office, we reviewed real estate options to identify buildings that met our cultural and spatial needs. It was clear that Social Tables required more than just space. Success would depend on access—access to the building, to direct light, to natural views. Through brainstorming sessions, branding discussions, staff survey analyses, strategic programming, and strong design, we helped Social Tables finish their new headquarters in less than a year.

The redesigned office envelops 30,000 square feet and has set a new standard for professional workspaces. Daring colors and bold furniture choices promote creativity and comfort, while distinctive room settings and enclosed areas encourage productivity and focus.
