With more than 20 years in architecture and sustainable design, Travis’s experience spans many roles, including that of an operations director, senior project manager, and senior project designer for clients in the education, commercial, and multi-family sectors. He’s collaborated on more than 100 LEED-certified projects (40 or more with Gold or Platinum certification), and he’s led several net zero energy projects and two Living Building Challenge Petal certifications.
A constant advocate for new and enlightened ways of viewing sustainability, Travis believes that the most sustainable square foot is the one that is never built. When Travis is working on a project, his progressive vision for complete utilization and design space responsiveness are what sets him apart—what helps him deliver the correct solutions for his clients.
Travis holds both a master of architecture and bachelor of science in architecture from Lawrence Technological University. Additionally, he holds multiple LEED AP credentials and is a certified building commissioning professional and home energy rater.
