Erica’s career in northern Canada started over 25 years ago, reflecting her ongoing passion for interacting with the beautiful and hardy landscapes and people of the three vast territories. With a deep resume of experience in geoscience, environmental management, and environmental assessment and permitting, Erica brings a unique perspective to projects.
A problem solver who excels at managing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams, Erica places a particular emphasis on effective coordination and communication. In her recent work, she’s supported major infrastructure projects seeking regulatory approvals in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
Through ongoing leadership and involvement in local projects, Erica has established great relationships with northern industry, regulators, Indigenous organizations, and government. Her commitment to leadership and local communities extends outside of the office—where she volunteers her time as a community coach for several organizations.
