As the civil group leader for our Ballarat office, Josef is responsible for client liaison, project management, and providing teams with technical advice on a wide range of projects. Bringing the experience he gained working for the local council and water authority, he provides effective outcomes for clients’ projects.
Josef’s expertise encompasses water and sewer operations, civil engineering, project management, land development, and team management—he has a wealth of experience in managing high performing teams. Passionate about the community he lives in, he finds it greatly rewarding to make a difference locally.
In his spare time, Josef enjoys being outdoors, 4WDing (four-wheel driving over rough terrain), camping, and fishing. On weekends, you’ll find him spending time with his children.
