He has expertise in various project delivery models including traditional design and construction, early contractor involvement, public-private partnerships, and engineering, procurement, and construction management.
Wade plays a key role in large water authority partnerships, managing high-capital projects like the Eagle Farm Electrical Upgrades and Cannery Creek Sewer. His ability to simplify complex problems and lead large teams has been key to his success. He develops strategies to integrate all delivery partners, driving significant capital savings and improvement of project evaluation methods. When he isn’t managing water projects, Wade is also the president of the largest basketball club in Australia. He also likes to fish in his spare time.
