His background in electrical engineering, which includes leading some of the largest and most prominent developments undertaken in Western Australia, allows him to easily move between the strategy and the detail required for bringing together people, process, and place.
After 30 years of experience in Australia and South Africa, José is recognised by clients and team members alike for his effective leadership, technical expertise, and his continual desire to seek out creative solutions and better ways of working. His goal? To enable people to be their best and to respect people not only for the title they hold, but for who they are.
José is a keen athlete who has competed at state level in athletics, tennis, and swimming. When he isn’t engaged in more active pursuits, José’s other interests include music—Bublé, Sinatra, Nat King Cole, and the like—and travelling to Europe with his family.
