In his role as a project and design manager for roads projects, Jason works with clients to find design solutions to improve safety and efficiency across their network. As team leader for civil engineering, he oversees the development of his team to help them achieve their goals.
Jason’s experience in civil engineering encompasses geometric road design, utilities management, construction staging, pavement design, and project management. This experience helps him undertake a more holistic review of design packages to identify potential issues prior to construction.
Jason is a champion of safety considerations through the lifecycle of a design. He encourages an environment where all team members are on the lookout for potential issues, so they can address those problems as part of the design process.
Away from civil engineering and leading his team, Jason likes catching up with family and friends around the BBQ or supporting the Boston Celtics basketball team.
