Josh looks after everything that falls under the infrastructure umbrella for the South Coast, including utilities, geotechnical, and construction services. Alongside managing these services and teams, he’s a project manager, technical designer, and site engineer for utility and Sydney Water projects, who he works closely with on a range of infrastructure projects.
Mentoring and training team members is a highlight for Josh, who is passionate about helping people reach their full potential. On the technical side, he enjoys working with utilities as while they can be overlooked, they have a major impact on projects—for Josh, success happens when critical civil infrastructure projects can be delivered with minimum utility authority impact. He’s also skilled in pipeline design, protection assessments, construction services, feasibility, master planning, and funding procurement policies for Sydney Water.
Outside of work, Josh loves spending time with his family, on the golf course, or doing anything football related—he’s a keen supporter of Liverpool and Sydney FC.
