More than 15 years later, Daniela still remembers her first time leading a project. When she first guided a team as the engineer in charge, she quickly found it would take determination, hard work, and persistence to reach her goals as an engineer and leader.
Since then, Daniela has reached those goals and created many new ones as her work spans a variety of water, wastewater, and conveyance projects across the western United States. As regiolnal business leader, she is regularly asked to manage critical projects and multidisciplinary teams. She is currently project manager on the Northwest Area Water Supply program in North Dakota. While big projects are fun, it’s big teams that excite Daniela more. She loves contributing to the growth of her team members so they can provide even greater value to our clients.
When she gets home at the end of the day, Daniela is all about fostering the growth of her other team members—her family. Together, they enjoy being outdoors on bike rides and hikes but also love road trips and movie nights.
