Communities are at the heart of who we are. Whether close to home or across the world, they provide a sense of place and belonging. Supporting them goes beyond design. It means enhancing knowledge, prosperity, health, and quality of life. That’s why we champion initiatives in in the arts, education, health and wellness, the environment, Indigenous partnerships, and scholarships.

Since 2007, we have invested over $67 Million in our communities around the globe through donations, services in kind, and employees volunteering. Each year, we commit up to 1 percent of our annual pretax profits to charitable and non-profit organizations, while also encouraging employees to give back personally.
