In Italy we are passionate about our job. We are a multidisciplinary team of engineers, geologists, scientists, architects, and specialists of other technical disciplines working hard to make our communities a better place to live. We are proud of living in one of the most beautiful countries in the world and are committed to protecting its environmental, historical, and urban heritage with our everyday work.I have always been convinced that leadership is a matter of sharing power and empowering people to ensure they are able to show their best talents. That’s what I try to do with my team and also with my clients.
