Kyle has over 10 years of experience helping infrastructure projects maintain compliance with environmental regulations. His areas of specialization include construction monitoring, erosion and sediment control/stormwater management inspections, stormwater pollution prevention plan development, impact/violation assessments, and regulatory agency coordination.
A strong communicator, Kyle enjoys being the eyes and ears for our clients as their projects come to life in the built environment, helping them work through any compliance issues related to the regulatory and environmental requirements of each project. Most recently, he’s been helping a client manage environmental compliance on the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT) Expansion Project. The HRBT Expansion Project is the largest highway construction project in Virginia’s history, and at $3.9 billion, also one of the largest infrastructure projects in the country.
Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—especially when they can go hiking or on long bike rides together.
