David leads our United States Policy team, where he manages legislative, regulatory, and public policy changes at the federal, state, and local levels. In addition, he supports client relations, strategic pursuits, and corporate marketing and branding efforts across North America.
Prior to serving in this role, David spent a large portion of his career in the water sector, with a focus on CSO and wet weather markets, where he led business development and strategy for the firm’s 26-state East region. Throughout his career, he has focused on clean water policy and water affordability in partnership with the US Conference of Mayors, National League of Cities, National Association of Clean Water Agencies, and the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies. David loves to wake up every day and help clients solve complex infrastructure challenges.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family, swimming, mountain biking, and good food and wine.
