Dave has enjoyed over 20 years of working in the waste and resource sector as a business owner, business advisor, and consultant. He’s delivered projects in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Papua New Guinea providing real benefits to clients, resource efficiency, and the environment.
With an eye for opportunity and thinking outside the norm, Dave provides practical solutions to modern resource management. He’s specifically interested in supporting the development of an economy that uses less, achieves more, is equitable, and provides circularity in resource use. Having owned and operated a circular economy business for 10 years, Dave provides a clear understanding of the commercial reality in decision making. He’s led the creation of waste management strategies for East Gippsland Shire Council (Australia), Ok Tedi Mine (Papua New Guinea), and was the woodland business advisor for the National Forest Company (UK).
Outside of work, Dave manages 16 acres of ancient woodland, watches rugby, and enjoys playing with his young family.
