A specialist and creator of information system solutions, Martin applies his expertise for the benefit of private, municipal, regional, and national infrastructure owners, supporting them in the management of their assets in terms of road and public transportation networks, water and sewer systems, and even urban furniture or vehicle fleets.
Known for his versatility, Martin carries out studies and implements MIS and other IT solutions. These decision-support tools provide more effective infrastructure management.
Martin and his team also develop solutions and applications for infrastructure real-time management, particularly in the ITS field. Noteworthy projects include his work on setting up an operational support and traveller information system for transit operating authorities from 10 South Shore cities, by providing them with the necessary equipment to monitor bus fleet, manage schedules, and offer dynamic display of network information.
Stimulated by multidisciplinary project trends, Martin enjoys collaborating with his team in creating inventive solutions for the cities of tomorrow. He sees the rise of technology in the emergence of smart cities as an unavoidable challenge.
Closely involved in his community, Martin sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Geomatics as well as a sports club in his municipality.
