With over 30 years of industry experience in architecture and project management, Pamela has worked with integrated multidisciplinary project teams on a variety of building types such as healthcare, senior care, corporate, municipal, commercial, industrial, and institutional. Pamela’s repertoire of work—from small retail banking improvements to expansive and complex natural resources developments—gives her in-depth knowledge when executing design excellence.
She’s delivered projects through phasing, stipulated sum bid, design build, and construction management, and she collaborates with stakeholders to integrate their requirements through systems including building information modeling. With her certifications in Lean and LEED AP, Pamela is skilled at identifying and communicating risks, errors, or defects before they become a project problem as well as creating more value for her clients using environmentally responsible and effective resources.
