Hanwood Park

Facing a need to create a new town to the east of Kettering, the Hanwood Park neighbourhood was born. The project came about as an urban extension designed to support growth across Northamptonshire, and we’re proud to be helping to bring it to life.

Our team has been supporting the project for over a decade providing engineering, transport planning, and environmental services to secure outline planning permission for the site. We have continued to support the scheme in developing the detailed designs for the enabling highways, drainage, and utility infrastructure needed to serve this new neighbourhood. Our team is also helping to develop the masterplan for the next phases of the development to be delivered, including a new secondary school and retail facilities.

Once complete, Hanwood Park will provide up to 5,500 new homes, four primary schools, a secondary school, shops, community buildings, employment spaces, leisure facilities, parks, and woodlands.
