Saving time and money for the US Army Reserve in Florida

Situated on approximately 15 acres, the $12.5 million center includes a 37,500 square foot training building, a 7,650 square foot vehicle maintenance shop, a 1,500 square foot unheated storage facility, and parking for about 100 U.S. Army Reserve personnel.

We place importance on up-front research and analysis and communication with the client to guarantee information streamlining and pre-positioning for expedited permitting when possible. During the early stages of the project, we were able to reduce the extent of wetlands on the project site via field investigation and negotiation with the agencies having jurisdiction. This allowed the project to move forward without impact to wetlands as initially anticipated by USACE and resulted in a significant time and cost savings to the client.
