Enticing new residents to explore an emerging neighborhood

Aimed to rehabilitate a significant historic asset, 381 Congress Street infuses the Seaport and Innovation Districts with round-the-clock residential life. The sensitive repositioning of this building enhances pedestrian movement past the A Street corner and further links the Fort Point Channel area to the City’s Convention Center.

Located at the crossroads of future buildings to the south and a neighborhood rich in heritage and historic landmarks, our team designed the project as a public amenity. The unique program of smaller-than-market units and a theme restaurant celebrates the spirit of a diverse neighborhood that continues to appeal to both working class residents and young artists.
