Sergio leads a team of engineers within our Community Development group. With more than a decade of experience, he draws on his extensive knowledge of the land development design and approval process to manage projects and mentor team members. Additionally, he participates in public consultations, technical reviews, tendering processes, construction inspections, and contract administration for a diverse range of projects.
Throughout his career, Sergio has successfully managed multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with specialists in landscape architecture, planning, geomatics, geotechnical, and environmental services. He has extensive knowledge of the civil engineering industry and design standards for municipalities within Ontario's Waterloo Region, County of Brant, and Oxford County. Sergio also serves as an industry mentor for engineering students and is an active member of the Waterloo Region Home Builders Association.
Away from his work on land development projects, Sergio finds joy in spending time outdoors, appreciating the beauty of nature. He cherishes moments spent with friends and family, creating lasting memories in the communities that we design.
