Chad charted a course in civil engineering while preparing for college, never wavering from his vision over the past 30 years. After earning his master’s degree, he continued to build his career, moving from fieldwork and project management to leadership and business development.
A firm believer that every relationship is important, Chad values the camaraderie in being part of a larger team. Whether connecting with coworkers, clients, or industry experts, his philosophy remains—engineering is the ultimate team sport. You get out what you put in, and the results help improve lives around the world.
Outside the office, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. His goal is to visit all 63 of the US National Parks. He’s currently checked 40 parks off his bucket list!
