With nearly two decades of experience in land development, Thomas has honed his expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion. In his current role, he’s responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication with all invested parties, including clients, to keep everyone well informed about the project’s progress.
Known for his detail-oriented approach, Thomas is skilled at creating and managing project budgets, making sure costs are controlled and that the project stays within financial limits while meeting required standards and specifications. A certified inspector of sediment and erosion control, he lends his expertise to process improvements, technical advancements and information/document quality control. Thomas is also able to identify potential risks and develops mitigation strategies, allowing smooth execution of projects.
As a father, Thomas finds it especially important to help build safe and accessible communities where every member of the community, regardless of age or ability, can play and explore their surroundings free from risk. He’s an avid sports enthusiast and also has a passion for cooking, barbequing and enjoying good food (three things that go together well!).
