With a background in mechanical engineering and environmental science, Ingrid has led projects for public infrastructure—notably hospital redevelopments, mental health facilities, and key worker accommodation. She is committed to integrating sustainability principles into projects while providing strategic advice and overseeing innovation initiatives.
Keen to drive change that supports sustainable outcomes, Ingrid challenges the way we work to create opportunities for change through systems thinking. She has experience developing and implementing strategic programs to address climate change risk, net zero goals, biodiversity, social outcomes, and sustainable procurement in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Outside of work, Ingrid enjoys ceramics, having created vases, teapots, and bowls. She’s also involved in sustainability initiatives within her community, organizing events like wasteless festivals through her local council and participating in local bushcare groups and wildlife rescue activities.
