Scott is a certified engineering technologist with 20 years of experience in oil and gas—17 of which specifically focused on health and safety. He’s acquired his National Construction Safety Officer designation through the Alberta Construction Safety Association and has also completed the University of New Brunswick's Occupational Health and Safety certificate program.
Recently, Scott has focused on working with clients and regulators on various pipeline, facility, and marine projects. He creates fit-for-purpose health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) programs that are scalable to different types of risk and industries, performs site Inspections, and generates mitigation programs to maintain compliance to applicable legislation. Overall, Scott believes that the key to health and safety is to get people talking about it with everything they do.
When he’s not working with our clients and developing programs that keep people safe, Scott enjoys golfing and traveling with his family.
