Manuel is the associate discipline chief for geospatial services with our water group. In his role, he’s tasked with organizing the geospatial/GIS discipline within the company, enabling us to develop and deliver unique geospatial solutions to water and local government clients.
By using locational intelligence, Manuel helps local governments, utilities, and other infrastructure clients locate their assets, monitor their infrastructure, and make informed decisions on management and maintenance. He also serves as the bridge between strategic/operational requirements and the technical experts and systems needed execute and fulfill those requirements. Manuel’s bilingualism helps him build rapport and work closely with utility operators and field staff parts of the US with significant Hispanic populations, and in South America.
Manuel is a recreational pilot—he loves going on sightseeing flights along the beach and islands around his hometown. He also enjoys woodworking and metal fabrication. With two small children, Manuel enjoys teaching them the things he learns and helping them grow.
