Drawing on almost three decades of experience in community and economic development, Heidi solves complex funding problems—from securing funding for pedestrian trails and highways to wastewater and drinking water projects, plus so much more. She’s a US leader for our North American Funding Program, a coordinated network of more than 250 funding specialists across the US and Canada.
Throughout her career, Heidi has successfully secured more than $290 million in grants for clients’ projects. Her support in project development and securing affordable financing packages includes grants, legislative appropriations, and other financial incentive programs—a valuable resource in moving projects from concept to construction.
A firm believer in community involvement, Heidi has served with various organizations. These include the Career Solutions Workforce Development Board, the Rotary Club of St. Cloud, the Economic Development Association of Minnesota, and local school and athletic associations.
