Andrew brings his clients’ aspirations to life by crafting solutions to complex transportation problems associated with development projects. Drawing on a depth of experience in integrating transportation and land development, he supports thriving communities with his work. Tying it all into the resource management planning framework, Andrew carries out transportation assessments that reduce risks and tell the story to clients, the public, and decision-makers.
Having been heavily involved in transportation engineering design and planning for urban growth areas in greater Christchurch, Andrew has worked on projects within his home city. He recently consulted on the award-winning Wigram Skies development, which includes residential, town centre, and industrial areas. For this transportation network master plan, Andrew provided modeling, design, assessment, and expert evidence. His work also included consenting, road safety advice, and detailed design of new and upgraded infrastructure.
When he’s not working on meaningful community projects, Andrew keeps busy with his young daughter. And he loves having a few active hobbies on the go, whether that’s touch rugby, tennis, or mountain biking.
