During his sophomore year in college, Brett took his first renaissance architecture history course. He was drawn to how architecture has helped us define ourselves, brought communities together, and shaped who we were to become.
Brett’s passionate about helping our clients build a vision for what’s possible in their communities. He has nearly 20 years of experience, which includes working on several projects with the Lewisville Independent School District (ISD), Highland Park ISD, and McKinney ISD. One of his first projects, Blanton Elementary School in Denton ISD, was the project that led him to dedicate his career to educational architecture. Seeing the kids climbing all over the built-in benches, swinging around the exposed steel columns, and marveling at the brightly colored resin blocks made everything worth it.
When he isn’t collaborating with his team, Brett enjoys golf, working on his home, and playing with his two daughters in the pool on weekends. He loves watching his daughters test their limits in the water—he finds their ability to quickly learn inspiring.
