Stephanie brings a wealth of experience to deliver safety results that work. As a safety leader with over two decades of experience, she can look holistically at an organization and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for solutions.
In her first year as the head of safety at a utility company, Stephanie added timeliness of reporting as an incentive metric and achieved results 17 percent above the utility average and reduced workers’ compensation costs by approximately 33 percent. Recently, she partnered with a large utility on a frontline safety culture and fatality prevention program. She’s also a global environment, health, and safety (EHS) account manager for a manufacturing organization.
When she’s not busy promoting workplace health and safety, Stephanie loves watching Premier League soccer with her husband and spending time with her three children in Rapid City, South Dakota—but she still considers herself a Northern California native.
