Patricia Galloway has more than 40 years of engineering and construction consulting experience with a focus on megaprojects. She has also been an arbiter since 1987. Dr. Galloway has served in several executive positions and has over 30 years of experience in corporate risk management. She’s chair and former CEO of Pegasus Global Holdings, Inc.
Her vast board experience includes roles on the boards of Granite Construction, SCANA Corporation, and The National Science Board of the United States. Dr. Galloway was the first woman president of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and she holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Purdue, a certificate in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine’s Caruso School of Law, a PhD in infrastructure systems engineering (civil) from Kochi University of Technology, and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. Dr. Galloway is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) certified board member and holds a certificate in cybersecurity oversight from NACD and a cyber risk and strategy certification from Diligent.
