Before development projects fulfil their objectives, such as to help countries mitigate and adapt to climate change or to address energy and water challenges, many steps need to be taken and negotiations held in the background. The guiding hand behind many of these is Anca Andreescu.
To help our international financing clients deliver solutions to development needs, Anca coordinates the execution of our contracts and directly manages the implementation of these oftentimes multi-country projects. In addition to ensuring the delivery of results, the quality of outputs, schedule compliance and financial performance, Anca acts as a key client contact and carries out risk reviews of all projects implemented by the Stantec team in Belgium. She is also involved in setting up tools to allow for rapid responses and decision-making within projects and in maintaining active partnerships with relevant organizations.
