Sacramento (C St), California

We build better communities through our passion for water.

From the planning, design, and construction of community water treatment plants to watershed-scale efforts to restore the heath of endangered Chinook salmon, we bring a multidisciplinary team of professionals to address the complex and controversial challenges facing water management in California and the nation.

Our Sacramento office, first established in 1987 as part of James M. Montgomery Engineers, has grown to become a flagship for integrated water resources planning, engineering design, and construction for local, state, and federal agencies. Our deep bench of resources includes engineers, planners, scientists, public outreach professionals, and analytical specialists.

Located in the historic American Can Company complex in East Sacramento, our team is tied to the community in which we live and serve. Our staff engages in a range of activities to improve our health (May is Bike Month, California International Marathon), support those in need in our community (Sacramento Food Bank, Donut Dash Niner), and enhance the environment (Creek Week, American River Parkway Foundation). Through engagement with the communities in which we live and work, we do our best design.
