A sustainability project leader in the Australian Buildings group, Shanica Saenrak Hall’s passion for the job also shows up in how she lives her personal values. She truly wants to make the world a better place for her children and the next generation.

Having worked as an advisor in architecture firms, Shanica moved to Stantec to make an impact as an influencer working directly on projects. She’s attracted to community buildings, for example, the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation House, a passive house in Melbourne.
