Asset Management
Creating resilient communities
In a world where everything is connected, we can't make maintenance or investment/disposal choices in isolation. At Stantec, we take a system-based approach to outcomes, service, governance, value creation, and risk management throughout the stages of the asset lifecycles. The assets we manage with our clients may be tangible but we also work collaboratively to maximise the value of the intangible assets to the communities in which we operate.
Helping to create better communities
Stantec’s Asset Management community think in systems. This approach, coupled with our global reach, enables us to provide subject-matter expertise across our clients’ entire portfolio/asset lifecycle and throughout the surrounding environment. Our systems-based approach to asset management gives us the unique ability to not only deliver traditional linear outputs, but also to maximise value through the design and delivery of the more sustainable, and societally beneficial, outcomes our clients and communities now demand.Providing owners engineer and technical services for Drax Capital Projects
Stantec is appointed by Drax, one of the UK’s largest energy producers to provide a range of Owners Engineer and Technical Services to support the delivery of its Capital projects, from early engagement works such as planning and environmental assessments through to engineering and design, and continued support during construction and commissioning. Stantec will also be supporting Drax in their ambition to become Carbon negative by 2030, aligning strongly with Stantec’s own carbon reduction commitments.Digital solutions for asset health and condition
