HB Villages Developments

HB Villages is a specialist developer of supported living accommodation designed to meet the growing need for housing and support for vulnerable adults in the UK. They are a privately-owned property development and investment company established in 2011 to work in partnership with registered social housing providers, care commissioning bodies, national charities and support providers to deliver much needed supported housing in community settings across the UK.

We are the retained planning consultant for HB Villages, and we also provide a range of other technical support including highways, acoustics, hydrology and ecology services. We secured planning permission and assisted in the delivery of over 600 supported living apartments for HB Villages across the country in locations such as Birmingham, Newcastle, Stoke-on-Trent and Wolverhampton.

Working closely with local authorities, HB Villages ensures that the infrastructure of each development scheme can support a range of people from the moment they move in, and for years into the future. They believe people can live in a community that they can enjoy for a lifetime.
