Mike is responsible for our financial management including accounts, funding, financial strategy and mergers and acquisitions. He also sists on the executive board of directors who run the business day to day.
Known for his straight talking, focus on results, and getting things done, Mike was trained and qualified at Arthur Andersen as a chartered accountant. He has experience serving as a corporate finance adviser, a non-executive director, and later as a chief financial officer. He’s been instrumental in helping the business grow, playing a key role in strategic planning, financial reporting, corporate governance and managing the funding of the business.
Mike’s background is in corporate finance and investments. He founded an advisory business in 2002 and has advised or invested in over 200 transactions over the years! Outside of work, Mike loves spending time with his wife and three young kids, following his beloved Arsenal, keeping fit, and socialising with friends and family.
