Responsible for our overall business in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UK&I), Brian focuses on operations, growth, people development, and strategic plan delivery. He works with new acquisitions to support their integration, and he champions Stantec’s culture and values in everything he does.
A biologist by trade, Brian has led large-scale environmental assessments and consultation efforts for a range of energy, ports, mining, and linear infrastructure clients. His passion? Building great teams and helping them grow and succeed.
Originally from Nova Scotia, Brian has worked in Indonesia, Singapore, and British Columbia—a variety of regions which has developed his deep appreciation for diversity in teams, clients, and projects. Although he’s focusing on leadership now, he’ll continue working on projects as he can. Brian never wants to get away from our core business—delivering leading services to clients.
Brian says that Stantec has always provided interesting opportunities to pick up and play with, and he’s dedicated to maintaining those opportunities in the region. He’s also excited to build operational connections across the globe—promoting connection and collaboration.
