With an interest in history, Thomas regards all of his projects with the longer-term in mind. A project technical leader in our Water-UK team, and a chartered civil engineer, he has over 10 years’ experience leading civil-led multidisciplinary design projects across the UK and New Zealand. Known as a skilled project manager responsible for stakeholder engagement, resourcing, programme, budget, quality, and risk, he enjoys mentoring and developing his civil engineering design teams.
A chartered manager and member of the Chartered Management Institute, Thomas provides clients with innovative project leadership to guide successful completions. His technical experience includes water sector infrastructure projects ranging from small network improvements to the multi-billion-pound sterling Thames Tideway Tunnel. He also has more general civil design experience working on public and private sector developments from concept to detailed design and construction. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, he also has responsibilities for health and safety, sustainable design, and quality management.
Outside of work, Thomas plays football for a local club and enjoys exploring Devon with his family. A history enthusiast, he’d travel a long way for a day at a castle!
