Siobhan is an outcome-driven strategic asset planning manager and principal engineer. She has 30 years of experience in regulation, strategic investment and asset management, stakeholder and customer engagement, performance management, and water resource and drought management across the United Kingdom.
As head of our process engineering discipline, Siobhan has experience in complex treatment plant design, construction, commissioning, troubleshooting, mentoring, and maintaining operational standards. She’s passionate about delivering capability improvement tools to visualise system, service, and asset risk, and developing frameworks to drive the right behaviours while maximizing value from water and waste resources. Siobhan is known for her problem-solving abilities and has a proven track record of intervening in difficult projects with innovative, cost-effective solutions to complex problems.
Outside of work, Siobhan enjoys wild swimming, rugby, painting and spending time with family.
