A chartered engineer with over a decade of experience in transport planning, Adam primarily works with the public sector to identify and develop transport schemes. He specialises in the development of business cases in line with the Treasury Five Case Model and is an accredited Better Business Case practitioner.
Adam has worked on business cases for a number of major schemes across the United Kingdom. These include A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbett, the A1 in Northumberland for National Highways, and the Greater Manchester Clean Air Plan for Transport for Greater Manchester. This has led to him to taking a leading role in business case assurance for clients across the North of England including the Lancashire County Council, Tees Valley Combined Authority, and Sheffield City Region.
When he isn’t leading his latest business case for transport planning, Adam enjoys playing and watching rugby, skiing, and cooking.
