David has deep and well-regarded experience in procurement, programme, and project management in the real estate sector, leading and supporting teams focused on client needs, value, and sustainable outcomes.
Working with public and private sector clients to foster a partnership approach to regeneration and development, David’s knowledge of funding and procurement mechanisms—and how to deliver a collaborative outcome—is key to the results he achieves on a range of schemes across London and the south east.
David’s career experience includes working with Transport for London, London Borough of Ealing, Cambridge City Council, London Borough of Waltham Forest, University of Portsmouth, Surrey Police, and Waverley Borough Council. For these clients, he’s worked within teams on strategic procurement, development advice, business case development, and project management of a variety of complex regeneration and community improvement programmes.
Outside of work, David is to be found on his bike enjoying the lanes and cycleways of the Surrey Hills, learning to paint in oils, and perfecting some simple cooking skills. He is also the president of Forum for the Built Environment (FBE).
