Paul leads our geoenvironmental and geotechnical delivery across the Midlands, linking closely with our resources in Northampton and Birmingham. Highly experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver civil, structural, transportation, survey and ecological outcomes, he’s worked extensively with the logistics, defence, justice, residential, education and transport sectors. He also acts as an expert witness on environmental issues.
Paul has extensive experience undertaking a wide range of geoenvironmental studies relating to site investigation, risk assessment and mitigation, remediation, cost control and construction. His technical skills include managing large scale remediation of chemical works, former coking works, gas works, landfill sites and hydrocarbon spillages.
Notable roles from Paul’s career include serving as a framework director investigating and assessing highly contaminated sites for the Environment Agency and being a member of an earthquake response team in New Zealand. He’s a chartered geologist and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management.
Away from the office, Paul enjoys climbing, cycling, and going for walks.
