Angeline Chen is a corporate attorney with more than 25 years of corporate experience spanning the aerospace and defence, manufacturing, and industrials industries. She has expertise in US national security, cybersecurity, risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Previously Ms. Chen served as vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary for Siemens Government Technologies and has held senior roles for Fincantieri Marine Group, the US government, and Lockheed Martin Corporation. Ms. Chen is a committed advocate of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, serving on the advisory board for Women, Influence and Power in the Law and chairing DLA Piper’s Asian American Pacific Islander resource group. She holds undergraduate and law degrees from Villanova University, a master of laws from Georgetown University Law Center, and an MBA from the University of Maryland. She is currently pursuing a master of science in cybersecurity at Brown University.
