Stantec appoints Deirdre Walsh as technical leader
New project technical lead appointed to support business growth in Ireland

Stantec in the UK has appointed Deirdre Walsh as project technical lead for its Ireland Water business.
Deirdre is a Chartered Engineer with over 22 years of experience in civil engineering design for both public and private sector clients. Prior to joining Stantec Deirdre was an Associate with a leading civil and structural engineering consultancy in Dublin.
During her professional career Deirdre has worked as part of multi-disciplinary teams within the residential and commercial sectors. Her expertise includes design of drainage, sewerage and water supply schemes, infrastructure master planning, flood risk assessment studies and sustainable drainage design.
In her new role as project technical lead at Stantec, Deirdre will bring her extensive technical knowledge and expertise, further strengthening Stantec’s offering and commitment to deliver innovative, long term, cost effective solutions for its clients.
