Known for his mission-critical engineering solutions, Coert leads the electrical team for New Zealand Buildings to help clients and communities achieve a more progressive evolution and sustainable future. He works with clients, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to establish requirements, scope, and deliverables on complex buildings projects.
An electrical engineer by trade, Coert brings extensive experience in many fields, including commissioning, mining, instrumentation and controls, and building services. Each day, he’s motivated by the knowledge that the infrastructure we design and build will have a lasting impact on generations to come. Currently, Coert and the team are focused on high-profile healthcare and data centre projects, like The Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital General Surgery and Fracture Clinic Upgrade, plus multiple hyperscale data centres for confidential clients.
When he’s off work, Coert’s passion is anything adventurous—from deep sea fishing to overlanding camping trips.
