Stantec’s Innovation Office encourages creativity and nurtures ideas into novel solutions. Through our grant program, we’ve supported hundreds of ideas brought forward by our employees to improve technical excellence and solve challenging problems for our clients. We accelerate these ideas with a simple interface for participation, a clear process for development, and support with digital development and project management. Our goal? A culture of innovation, where employees are inspired and enabled to take an active role.
