Making health and safety issues a part of the company's culture

Every worker believes in health and safety. The challenge is transferring that feeling into a culture that supports prevention activities within your company. Our team planned and organized a training project, Comunica SicuraMENTE, that would energize employees to apply their health and safety training. The translation? Be safe with communication.

The first step was to develop training methods. The team took an innovative approach through games, videos, and tools including the values cards and the values letter. We wanted to connect health and safety issues with workers’ emotions, creating a tangible commitment that was based on the communication of personal values.

The outcome? Our client nominated the training course as a best practice for health and safety to their board of directors. Plus, the course was nominated for and won the AiFOS (Italian HS Trainers and Professionals Association) Best Innovative Projects award in June 2016.
