Suncor Projects and Portfolios

Stantec has provided multidisciplinary engineering and procurement services for Suncor (and its predecessors including Petro-Canada) for 30 years. We work closely with our client to tailor our services and deliver innovative execution strategies to meet the unique needs of each project and portfolio of projects, from full scale developments to quick-turnaround management of change projects.

Over the years, our services have included expense and sustaining capital projects including replacements, upgrades, debottleneck projects as well as major equipment and capital installations. We continue to support Suncor with current project execution, secondment staff, and management of change (MOC) needs for process plants, non-production assets, and energy and utilities areas. 

Our integrated in-situ team is continuing to execute a portfolio of concurrent projects for the operating in-situ SAGD facilities.

We also continue to provide services across Suncor’s in-situ and mineable projects in support of environmental regulatory, multidiscipline engineering, infrastructure roads and bridges, high voltage power, non-process buildings, pipelines, as well as integrity services.
